5. DO CHATBOTS NEGATIVELY IMPACT WEBSITE SPEEDS?

No. Chatbots do not affect the speed of your website, as the bots are hosted on our servers.

6. HOW DO WE INSTALL THE CHATBOT ON OUR SITE?

We kindly ask the website designer to install a small snippet of code in the HTML code to fully activate our chatbot. The Process is simple and straightforward.

7. HOW DOES THE CHATBOT NOTIFY ITS OWNERS?

The chatbot will inform you if you have received an inquiry, it will send the conversation to your email address or any other specified email address.

8. WHERE DO THE CHATBOTS APPEAR ON THE SITE?

Chatbots are usually displayed in the bottom left corner of a website. They have an animated icon with a message to entice the user to click and engage with the bot. They can also be placed on the right-hand side and in the middle section of a website.
